We own a 32' Boston Whaler Outrage 320 Cuddy and we were installing a 108" Rhodan trolling motor. The options on any cuddy cabin design are limited, and we needed more installation flexibility, which led us to the Sea Swivel solution. Our Sea Swivel arrived, and I was blown away by the quality of the materials and workmanship in the product. I spent my career as a professional metallurgical engineer, and I could see the challenges that the designer faced while creating such a flexible yet heavy-duty device so that it would stand up in a saltwater environment. I had the privilege of a conversation with Mark (the owner), and his knowledge of materials was quite impressive. He even knew what grades of stainless steel were used (and required!) in his ball bearing design. He also was able to quantify the force (up to 1000 lbs.) that our Rhodan motor was going to exert on our boat. This product is highly recommended, and the company is responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Great product that make the entire trolling motor install and usage experience much better. The ability to mount and use the trolling motor without the stress of adding a fixed pulpit or extra glasswork is phenomenal. And being able to stop the motor out of the way of docking and making it easier to deploy and stow takes he stress out of using the trolling motor and makes it a no brainer to add to your boat.

These are the last two Sea Swivels I’ve done. This is absolutely the way to go on bigger boats.
I reached out to the guys at Sea Swivel almost a year ago with questions about a possible application on my Pursuit S248 center console. They responded immediately and continued to be responsive for the next 6 months while I measured, remeasured l, and weighed my options. I finally purchased the Sea Swivel, risers, and Garmin quick release this spring. Customer service was beyond fantastic and the product is top-notch. They even over-nighted a piece so I could finish the project and get my boat on the water.
End result is excellent!! 325 Everglades posed a bit of a problem. Not many options to mount. Ended up drilling and tapping another hole for the locking pin/sleeve. Works great!
Sea swivel came through on their word, we had a tight timeline and they made it. What a great Company! Instructions were straight forward and very helpful. The only thing I would add to the instructions would be you will need an 8” access to insert the bottom plate. We highly recommend Sea Swivel for anyone installing a trolling motor, this is our third trolling motor install and the first two we built custom brackets, which took some time and did not have the pivoting access we have now. Again great product!
The Sea Swivel has solved our problem with mounting trolling motors on 26-foot center console boats. In the past, we had to order custom made aluminum plates and powder coat them. It was a time-consuming process. The Sea Swivels, on the other hand, are relatively easy to install, look great and feel sturdy. We will definitely order more in the future.

Game changer allows the use of trolling motor without the loss of cabinets or cleats. I am installing mine on a tidewater 232 CC adventure. The owner himself help me understand what I needed to purchase. this is a very well crafted device, my only criticism would be that they might wanna supply the screws that attached the quick release plate to the Sea Swivel. They need to be much shorter than what is provided.
Great product that makes trolling motor installs easy on any boat and the quality is excellent. It allows the rigger to mount the motor so it can deploy and stow in almost any situation. Anodized finish makes it extremely corrosion resistant and it’s a high quality finish.

Very simple install. The ease of use isn't compatible to anything else on the market. This is our 3rd install for ours clients and can't be more happier with the outcomes each time. With the small mounting footprint, was able to install with not interference. The design makes easy operation even in not so claim seas.
I finally got my Garmin Kracken trolling motor mounted and up and running along with the sea swivel mount. All I can is that the combination of the kracken and the sea swivel are ‘Game changers’. The mount is rock solid and allowed me to mount the motor dead center on the bow and still have access to the anchor locker and be able to swivel the motor to either side of the boat so the bow seating is still fully available.

Installation was a breeze. I was concerned if this mount would hold my Minn Kota 87” Ulterra. No problem, the bolt that is used to pivot on is 3/4 inch thick. Very simple design and functional. Motor is mounted on a Whaler 23 Outrage.
Didn’t have any options on the way the bow was laid out on our Everglades. Sea Swivel was about as easy as it gets for an install. Problem solved. It’s worth it!
We have had 3 boats with trolling motors and our last one came equipped with a sea swivel, it’s safe to say the mount is totally worth it. Not only does it make deploying the the trolling motor a breeze but it also gets it out of view while under power and keeps the unit tucked away on the gunnel.
This is a great product, really well engineered and of great quality. Makes having this super long trolling motor a breeze. Puts the trolling motor completely out of the way but still inside the rub rail. Very pleased with everything about it.
